People with good physique have a few advantages in the bedroom. This post covers the muscle groups for both men and women and the impact they have on sexual activity and explosive orgasms.
Abs
This muscle area is important for men and for women on top. The pelvis gets its energy from ab muscles for thrusting, be it missionary or sideways intercourse. Increasing the speed of the rhythm maximizes the effort required to maintain the pace. Slow thrusting is great and is very effective in big orgasms. Sprinting can also have its own benefits especially with the heat generated through friction but it is not as good as the magic of slower paced thrusting.Rapid thrusting has its place because there are times when certain penetration styles must be performed at a faster pace. It also greatly depends on the specific needs of your partner. The way I love to work my abs is through an abs machine which allows me to put more weight and tension as I progress. When you're solely doing crunches without the machine then you will hit a plateau, and it would be extremely hard to get further gains. Doing crunches when lying on your back can put a lot of stress on your tailbone and lower back.
Please bear in mind that the majority of people can do crunches on the floor till it reaches a point of negative returns (concept from economics). So I highly recommend using an abs machine to get consistent gains.
Quads
This muscle is also equally important for men and women. Strong and well developed quads allow a woman to straddle her man, bucking and grinding for as long as she wants or till she reaches her big-O. This is quite popular for indirect clitoral stimulation, especially for those women that have sensitive clitorises. Even if her it’s not sensitive enough she can use other variations and positions combined with this technique or use a direct clitoral stimulation.

Butt
Who doesn't love glutes? There are a big deal both physically and visually. Generally speaking it is important for both genders; everyone loves to look and feel a partner’s well-toned butt. Practically speaking, the glutes join the abs to give more power to the thrusting motion and other hip movements. Now seems like the perfect moment to express what I learned that hip rocking is not only a male form of sexual expression.
In my personal studies I have discovered that women love to rock their hips often as that is their body's way of showing happiness. Hip bobbing in females is linked with building up arousal because that is sexual body language that triggers the mind’s sexual channel, letting it know that it's time to release the sexual juices. As for the exercises, the glutes machine is my personal favorite, yes the squats are not as good as the machine. But wherever you find it do try it for a week or two and see how things go. Went on the treadmill try sprinting instead of marathon run. Do it in short bursts of energy then dressed and then explode. Cardio is good and you should do it often would remain focused on sprinting.
