Regular consumption of Omega 6 and omega 3 fats found in these fish is recommended by The American Heart Association. Natural fats reduce inflammation of body tissues torn during workouts, sore joints and boost your immune system against infections

Coconut / Palm oil

Coconut oil usage is prevalent among coastal communities in the tropics; it’s no wonder why. Coconut is used for hair treatment, skin lotion and to flavor various kinds of dishes.  Studies indicate that coconut oil can boost resistance to viruses and bacteria as well as fight off yeast, candida and fungus.
Coconut oil is also good for hormonal balance, sugar control, a trait that helps in fat loss

Olive oil

Virgin Olive oil is referred to as brain food. It stimulates the brain to control blood pressure, the risk of heart disease and prevents certain types of cancers. You can prepare meals with virgin oil and add it to salads to reduce risks of stroke. Olive oil has healthy monounsaturated fats will help the body shed off fat without having to change your diet.

Nuts

Almonds, walnuts and pistachios are healthy nuts rich in vitamin E, plant omega-3 fatty acids and lutein and other nutrients necessary for eye health. Research shows that regular nut eaters are less likely to develop type2 diabetes, have reduced risk of heart disease and stay leaner than those who do not. However, you have to be careful when using processed nut butter because some of it has added saturated sugars that may not be very beneficial.

Avocado

Avocado can be eaten raw straight from the tree or added to salads and other foods such as fish, chicken, vegetables as an accompaniment or dressing. You even opt for Avocado instead of margarine on bread or sandwiches. Avocado also has monounsaturated fat that lowers cholesterol or helps the body burn fat faster.

Organic eggs

Regular consumption of eggs is not good, but organic eggs are better.  Organic egg yolk has omega 3 fatty acids, choline, vitamin B and other useful nutrients that regulate the nervous system and cardiovascular system. The protein in eggs is also good for testosterone production, strength increase and fat loss. Have at least two eggs a week.
