Dried fruits
Most Dried fruits contain added sugars and sulfur to extend their shelf life; this is not good for your cholesterol levels. While Fresh fruit contains vitamins, minerals soluble and insoluble fiber and lots of water, dried fruit has no water and can influence you into overeating.
Processed salads
Though they sound healthier than anything else at the store, ready made salad can be a disaster to your weight loss plan. Most store salads have fat-filled dressing so be quick to check on the calories content on the package before you buy any salad. Also the add-ons like bacon bits, dried fruit, cheese and nuts have added sugars and only increase your fat and sugar levels.
The best way to go about it would be to buy undressed salad and add olive oil and vinegar for flavor.
Artificially flavored drinks
According to a study conducted by the University of Houston, foods labeled “antioxidant-rich”, “gluten-free” and ‘diet’ are not any healthier than those that do not. In fact, artificial sweeteners have more sugar than fresh drinks that can induce overproduction of insulin in the body.

Although you may crave a treat once in a while, feasting on ice cream would be a bad idea. Ice cream has high calorie, fat, sugar that only work against your weight loss plan. Ice cream has processed sugars that are harmful when taken for a long time.Instead, opt for fresh fruits and vegetables for treats.
