Organic foods have for a long time been a female obsession. Of late men too have jumped on the bandwagon perhaps realizing the benefit of organic diets. If the shelves at the stores are anything to go by, everyone is going organic. There is hardly anything on the supermarket shelves that is not partially or entirely organic.
Organic foods are popular because they are grown toxic free, away from harmful herbicides, pesticides, and Genetical modifications (GMOs) that other foods are produced in. These chemicals have been reported to increase progression of diseases such as cancer and kidney complications, as well as cause environmental degradation.

Cereal and bread
Whole grain wheat bread is healthy as it contains the necessary carbohydrate nutrients, small portions of fats and proteins that are healthy. Consuming whole bread is also beneficial to your entire digestive system as it contains fiber that is excellent for digestion. You can have bread every day.
Eggs
Super Organic eggs are rich in proteins essential nutrients for body building. Animal proteins assist in the creation of semen in men among other body building functions. Regular eggs or those genetically modified contain hormones and antibiotics that may be harmful to the male reproductive system. Having eggs twice a week is recommended.
Milk
Ordinary milk is good, but Organic milk is better as it has natural fats; calcium, it’s creamier and has just enough calories, proteins and fiber all good for your health for your health.
Vegetables
Vegetables are great for a man’s health. Cruciferous vegetables such as Broccoli, Cabbage, Kale, Cauliflower, and radish contain chemicals that detoxify carcinogens that cause cancer in the body. Occasionally you can also throw in some Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, corn, and pumpkins. Have at least two half-cup servings of these nutritious vegetables a week.

Meat
Proteins, fats and fiber found in organic white and red meats are essential for your body. Proteins tend to boost testosterone levels in your body.
Cheese
If you’re trying to beef up by building muscle, Cheddar organic cheese is the best. It is natural and has just enough calories, fats and proteins that help in building muscle.
