Organic Remedies for Weight Loss



Not all do-it-quick artificial remedies that have saturated the weight loss and fitness market are good; some can have serious side effects. That is why some people prefer doing it the natural way. Organic remedies for weight loss are becoming a more acceptable choice of losing weight because they little to no and are surgery free.

 Below I outline some easy to do organic diets that will help you keep fit and loose weight at the same time.

Lean meat

Loosing weight does not mean that you should turn into a vegetarian. You can still enjoy healthy lean organic meat that is chemical free and very healthy. According to the United States department of agriculture, lean meat should contain less than 10g of fat.  Do not prepare lean meat by frying or any other means that require fat or oil, instead opt for boiling, roasting and grilling.

Eat at least two servings of meat a week to boost your animal protein diet. Remember to always have your meat with vegetables instead of starch accompaniments like rice, bread e.t.c that’s how you gain weight.

Vegetables

You can have as many servings of vegetables as you like. Leafy  green and yellow vegetables like Kale, Spinach, lettuce, cabbage and carrots  rich in vitamins  and other essential minerals that break down fat deposits in the body and neutralize cholesterol in the blood.. Make sure to eats lots of green and yellow vegetables such as kale, spinach, lettuce, carrots and cabbage to help with your weight loss.

Lots of fruits


Citrus fruits such as pineapples, oranges, lemons and watery ones like melons and apples contain chemicals and vitamins that break down cholesterol, hence getting rid of fatty reserves in the body.
Watermelons are weight loss agents, according to The Centre for Disease control (CDC). Watermelons contain vitamin C and A as well as Potassium, Selenium, Folate and Choline that help burn cholesterol in the body. The high water content and natural sugars also leave you feeling full, so you get to eat less.


Legumes 

Plant proteins are healthier than animal proteins in weight loss.  Beans, Lentils, peas and other legumes have minerals that boost your energy levels and at the same time burn cholesterol.  They are also anti- oxidants.

Caffeine

Caffeine is a well-known weight loss agent that increases levels of hormone Epinephrine (adrenaline) in the blood that  sends signals to the brain to break down fat deposits whenever it identifies them.


Limit your portions

When you eat more than what the body needs, most of it will be turned into fat. Instead of having three large meals, have six light meals a day. This will help you keep up your energy levels and not stay hungry. You are however allowed to snack on vegetables and fruits all day.


Physical exercise


Combining your diets with physical exercise is a nice way of losing weight. Simple easy to do exercises like jogging, skipping and aerobics   strengthens your muscles and tone up your body giving you a lean frame.
